Sam Giampapa President

Sam is a business leader with over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and Financial Industries. Early in his career Sam worked as a Service Technician, and transitioned to Sales & Business Development back in the mid-1980’s. Since 1985 Sam has held a number of sales and leadership positions with the Trane Company, Exelon, Financial and Energy Service Companies. Sam joined Midwest Mechanical in 2014 as Director of Sales & Business Development, responsible for driving top-line revenue growth. This combination of field, sales and leadership experience resulted in Sam accepting the role as President in October 2017. Today, Sam leverages his experience to drive growth and value for our customers.

Clay Cooper Vice President Operations

Clay has worked in the HVAC industry for 30 + years. Clay began his career as a sales representative for GW Berkheimer. From there Clay accepted a position in service sales for Trane Chicago. In 1997 he accepted a sales position at York Chicago and within a couple years became its District Service Manager. After York was acquired by Johnson Controls, Clay continued with the company as Service Manager. Clay joined Midwest Mechanical in 2009 and he is responsible for the day to day operations of the service business.

Nick Parisi Chief Financial Officer

Nick has diverse industry background, including manufacturing, distribution, construction and healthcare. With more than 18 years of experience ranging from public accounting to large fortune 500 manufacturing, Nick has successfully led accounting and finance teams to achieve challenging goals. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Elmhurst College. He also possesses a certified public accountant designation. Nick joined Midwest Mechanical in 2016.
