Position Descriptions:

General Manager
Reports To: President of Service
Primary Role: Provide the leadership and direction necessary to: Consistently grow the service business. Attain sales (booking) plans. Redeem the planned operating profit levels. Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs and commitments and thereby retaining customers.

Special Projects Manager
Reports To: Vice President of Service
Primary Role: Manage the special projects department. Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives. Provide consultation on a variety of special projects issues. Manage the activities and budget of the special projects department. Drive strategic initiatives aligned with Services business objectives.

Account Sales Representative
Reports To: General Manager
Primary Role Redeem annual booking plans in assigned markets and territory at Midwest Mechanical approved pricing levels. Maintain assigned accounts and expand their business volume with Midwest Mechanical.

Maintenance Sales Representative
Reports To: General Manager
Primary Role To develop new customers and redeem annual booking plan in assigned markets and territory at Midwest Mechanical utilizing approved pricing standards. Develop prospects within assigned market/territory; promptly follow-up assigned leads. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close sales. Appraise and survey mechanical systems to determine condition, age, application, and proper quantity for maintenance requirements.

Service Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Primary Role: Provide the leadership and direction necessary to: Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs and commitments. Retain customers. Lose no customer due to poor performance and/or poor communications. Conduct regular visits with customers. Redeem the planned gross profit levels by managing customer service, manpower, equipment, subcontracts, burden, warranty and other associated areas to achieve the gross profit plan for the year. Oversee planning and scheduling to completion working with Customer Service for all Full Service and Preventive Maintenance Agreement Inspections and Projects.

Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Service Manager
Primary Role: To provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs and commitments through the coordination of manpower, tools and equipment. Schedule all customer requests for service promptly and dispatch the appropriate service technician based upon the customer, the nature of the call, the skill level required, and the response time required. This includes the planning and proper scheduling of Maintenance Agreement Inspections using our computerized Call Management System. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Customer Service Project Coordinator
Reports To: Service Manager
Primary Role: To provide exceptional customer service by meeting Customer needs and commitments through the coordination of manpower, tools and equipment for our customer project performance. Order the appropriate equipment/parts and schedule qualified manpower to complete each project within the schedule established during the internal start-up meeting. Monitor all costs to assure gross profit performance. To provide exceptional customer service to internal customers through project document preparation, organizational skills, accounting practices, attention to detail, report preparation, communication and teamwork. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Customer Service Support Representative
Reports To: Service Manager
Primary Role: To provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs and commitments through assisting the Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Project Coordinator with the coordination of manpower, tools and equipment. To provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers through Quote preparation, Filing, Ordering Parts and Issuing Purchase Orders. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Business Systems Manager
Reports To: Director of Administration
Primary Role: Maintain all COINS functions for your location. Assist in training and support for all locations in Business System and Administration. Assist your General Manager and Service Manager with Financial Information and preparation. Assist Service Controller with all month end processing. Oversee and contribute the data input and output functions to provide timely and accurate invoicing, payroll, bookings, accounts receivable, payables, cash management and COINS, Excel reporting. Prepare Sales Incentives Monthly with General Manager approval. Conduct all processing within agreed upon schedules.

Business Systems Specialist
Reports To: Business Systems Manager
Primary Role: Maintain all Coins functions for your location and provide backup support for other locations when necessary. Provide backup support for your Administrative and Customer Service Representatives. Prepare and process all data input and output functions to provide timely and accurate invoicing, payroll, bookings, accounts receivable, collections, cash management, financial analysis and Coins reporting within agreed upon schedules.

Administrative Assistant
Reports To: General Manager
Primary Role: Support General Manager and the team with correspondence using MS Word and PowerPoint software. Coordinate scheduling of training and meeting rooms, assist in the planning and preparation of meetings. Order all office supplies in a timely fashion. Verify accuracy of Vendor invoices with our purchase orders. Enter and post all accounts payable invoices accurately and timely. Prepare, process and balance bank deposits and cash receipts daily.

Service Technician
Reports To: Service Manager
Primary Role: Delivers consistent high quality, profitable trouble shooting, repairs, and installation of customer's mechanical equipment. Our union Service Technician delivers consistent and exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs and satisfying commitments.
